Reporting Unauthorized Content
2.1. Submission of Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted material or other protected content has been used or distributed on our platform in a way that constitutes infringement, please provide a written notice to our designated agent. The notice must include the following details:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: Describe the copyrighted work or other protected content that you claim has been infringed.

- A statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement of accuracy: A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Response to Notice
Upon receipt of a valid notice, Essal will:
- Acknowledge receipt: Confirm receipt of the notice to the complaining party.
- Investigate the claim: Review the claim and the identified content to determine if the content should be removed or disabled.
- Remove or disable access: If the content is found to be infringing, we will remove or disable access to the content promptly.
- Notify the content provider: Inform the provider of the content that a takedown notice has been received and the content has been removed or disabled.
Counter-Notice
4.1. Submission of Counter-Notice
If you believe that the content you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our designated agent. The counter-notice must include the following details:
- Identification of the removed content: Describe the content that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
- Your contact information: Include your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Statement of good faith belief: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Qatar, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice or an agent of such person.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature.
