Scope


This Refund Policy applies to all clients of Essal in Qatar who have purchased our IT services, including but not limited to software development, IT consulting, network solutions, and managed services.


Refund Eligibility


To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:


  1. The service must have been purchased directly from Essal.
  2. A formal refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the service delivery date.
  3. The service must not have been used beyond the initial consultation or first phase of the project.


Refund Process


Step 1: Submit a Refund Request


To initiate a refund, please send an email to contact@essal.cloud with the following details:


  1. Your full name and contact information
  2. Invoice number and date of purchase
  3. Detailed reason for the refund request


Step 2: Refund Review


Upon receiving your request, our team will review your case within 7 business days. During this period, we may contact you for additional information or clarification.


Step 3: Refund Approval or Denial


After the review, you will be notified via email about the status of your refund request:


  1. Approved: If your request is approved, the refund amount will be processed within 14 business days.
  2. Denied: If your request is denied, we will provide a detailed explanation.


Refund Amount


The refund amount will be calculated based on the scope of services rendered up to the point of the refund request. Any applicable service or transaction fees may be deducted from the total refund amount.


Non-Refundable Services


Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:


  1. Customized software solutions after the project has entered the development phase
  2. Services rendered fully and satisfactorily as per the agreed terms
  3. Subscription-based services after the initial subscription period


Amendments


Essal reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
